Paul Frank Sensei and Don McGee Sensei Perform Katori Kata (Video)

Paul Frank Sensei and Don McGee Sensei perform the first kata in each of the “Omote” series of Katori Shinto Ryu Kenjutsu.

“Itsutsu No Tachi” is the first kata that beginners learn, and is the first out of four kata in the “Omote no Tachi” series.

 

“Seriai No Bo” is the first of six kata in the “Omote no Bo” series.

 

“Itsutsu No Naginata” is the first of four kata in the “Omote no Naginata” series.
